1 SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
As each business has their own needs, our team of software developers can develop custom (bespoke) software that meets those needs exactly, or at the other end of the scale customise software available off the shelf. Methods include:

• Customising Microsoft Office to meet your needs
• Designing an Access database to store and report on your data in a simple way
• Complete bespoke software development using a wide range of industry standard programming tools (.Net, SQL Server, ColdFusion, asp, My SQL etc.)

2 SAGE ACCOUNTS
Sage accounts is an industry standard for payroll and accounting. The problem with software that is used by so many people is it may be too general in the way it works. We work with Sage in two different ways:

• Produce reports from the Sage data to show you how your business is running, e.g. which departments are most profitable
• Create ways that work best with your way of working. e.g. a clothing manufacturing company used us to create an add on for Sage that could create one piece of clothing in various sizes and colours. Without our software they would need to create the same item of clothing multiple times as each size and colour combination was created separately. This one piece of software saved Kasbah days of work when a new range of clothing was released.

3 MANAGEMENT REPORTS
Most business software stores it's data in a database. If the software you are using can tell you everything you need to know then fine, however the chances are there is more information available than you expect, but it needs some external reports to view it. If you have multiple software programmes then we can extract the data from all of them and combine the data into one report. e.g. Sage payroll has your staffing costs, Sage accounts has your purchase costs, but a separate Access database stores the job details. We combine the data from all three sources to create a report that can tell you how much a job makes, taking into account staff costs, parts costs.
